I wore this mint dress for a night out in 2012 (here). Today, I'm wearing it as a beach cover up, inspired by Olivia Palermo! The colorful tassel necklaces, hat and pink clutch (I throw one in my beach bag to keep smaller belongings together) were easy additions, but my beach bag collection is quite small for a Florida girl.
