Today's Everyday Fashion: Finding My Voice (in the Prettiest Dress!)
"Is it just me, or did that go really well?" I had just finished speaking at a Ft. Lauderdale bloggers event over the weekend and wondered what my husband thought. He agreed. Because something felt... different. Something had shifted. My word for 2018 is "roar." For the past 5-6 years I've been at a tiny little kitten squeak level, and I want to find my voice again this year, and push through my anxiety about the "danger" of having an opinion and sharing it. That voice made an appearance this weekend in full force, for the first time in so long. Now, the real challenge: continuing to use that voice at speaking engagements and in blog posts in the coming months. Today's look: we snapped these pics in West Palm Beach immediately following the event, and well... I love this outfit! The dress was an amazing secondhand find, and pink and purple is my all-time favorite color combo. Loving this feminine mix!
