Sometimes an outfit starts with a shoe, and that is definitely the case for today's look. I've been wanting to wear these cobalt beauties again since I got them last summer. I mixed a mustard cardigan, purple belt and aqua necklace. A bit of a rainbow - but what can I say? I love color!
