I waited until the last minute to pack for Kansas and one of the shortcuts I relied on was to make a favorite summer outfit appropriate for chilly fall weather. I wore look #3 this summer, and simply switched the bottom to black jeans and boots, and added a navy wool coat (look #1), to make it cold-weather appropriate.
