Last time I wore this houndstooth skirt (here) someone asked "what colors can you wear with houndstooth?" My response was anything except orange, because orange and black can look very Halloween. And here I am a couple weeks later wearing black and orange together! That's why fashion "rules" are so hard to make in my opinion, because you can almost always find an exception. See below for more graphic sweaters that would work with houndstooth - would you ever wear these two together? What color would you choose?
