This floral skirt is like heaven - fluffy and full of tulle. And the dark chambray shirt (I also own a lighter version) is quickly becoming a staple. It dresses down the skirt so it feels just as appropriate during the day as it does at night. I would wear it with flats for a picnic, and with heels for dinner. Where would you wear this look?
