My favorite thing about fashion? Playing with color! During my recent video shoot with Walmart, I talked about three color trends for summer (go here to watch the video!). The three color families are warm, cool and jewel. Below are examples of outfits I put together for each category, using clothes from Walmart. com. Some tips for styling:

Warm: try pairing peachy tones, corals, yellows and oranges. Mix in neutrals such as nude pumps or an ivory top.
Cool: go for head-to-toe color with icy purples, blues or mint green.
Jewel: rich jewel tones come from all sides of the color wheel and make a bold statement. Try combining turquoise, cobalt, canary yellow or a rich ruby.
