Today's idea: For your next big event try wearing a dress you've had for years. Make it feel new again with on-trend shoes, purse and/or jewelry.

More ways to wear it: Try a nude peep toe pump in patent leather. Or go for a bold pop of color in bright pink or coral for your shoes or clutch.

My take: This was an alternate outfit I packed for a casual wedding I recently attended (here). I also wore it with nude shoes for a segment on Fox 35 yesterday -  see a pic on Instagram!

Nordstrom's Half-Yearly Sale started yesterday and I found so many great things under $100! I divided them up into two fun groups - happy shopping!
