Old Navy dog sweater with striped skirt and red accessories

I can't wait to wear this outfit when the weather cools down here in Florida! I've posted several times with this sweater (here and here) but I think this look is my favorite so far. (I've got on this Kohl's bra to counteract the slight sheerness of the fabric you can see in those posts.) Novelty sweaters have been popular for a couple years now, but there are still lots to choose from in stores. Is this a clothing item you already wear or would try?
