Today's Everyday Fashion: Stripes

Can something be trendy and classic at the same time? Because that's how I feel about stripes. They feel super trendy right now, and yet classic as always. I love my inspiration's adventurous take on stripes and wanted to come up with something similar from my own closet. The only thing I don't love about my version is that I wouldn't want to wear it without the jacket (I don't like the top/skirt together as much), so it would need to be chilly enough to leave the jacket on. I have a feeling I'll be adding more stripes to my closet in the coming months - some options $10-70 below!
