Today's Everyday Fashion: The Denim Jacket

My denim jacket curse is officially broken! During a quick stop at the outlets this weekend I found a denim jacket to add to my closet. My anti-denim jacket feelings date back to college and an unfortunate ID photo which made me hate denim jackets for many years. Don't get me wrong, they look great on other people, and are really so versatile. Even though they had such a bad connotation for me, I found myself wishing I had one to wear with different outfits in my closet over the years and ultimately I knew it would make a great staple piece. My first outfit with my new jacket is simple -white jeans, black tee and brown accessories - the first of many outfits to come!
