Today's Everyday Fashion: Pink Palm Print in Cuba

Today we're kicking off a series of ten outfit posts we shot during our trip to Cuba!! We stayed eight days, seven nights in Havana and this will forever be one of our favorite trips - for so many reasons, as you'll soon see. Tourism has been closed to U.S. residents since the fall, but our journalism visa was still valid from when we originally scheduled this trip in August. We were so thankful we still got to take this trip!! And we hope you enjoy the photos and style inspiration over the next couple weeks. These are some of my favorite outfits I've ever worn. I love warm weather style and all things tropical and today's palm print pants and pink crop top are no exception. I wore this outfit once before our trip, and then again pictured here on our first full day. Lightweight pants like these are great for any island climate - they provide just enough breeze while still allowing you to feel put together in the heat. Not to mention the colors were so harmonious with our surroundings - that green car drove past at the exact right moment in the second-to-last photo! It was a great first day!
