I had the pleasure of getting to know Tanvi during two blogging-related work trips to Austin in 2011 and 2012. I've kept up with her blog Tanvii.com ever since! I love her bold use of color, and I love the way she unabashedly speaks her mind on her blog. Her outfit here is perfection - especially the printed scarf and clutch. I was inspired to try a similar look with printed pants and a pink top. The result feels over the top (hello, studded Barbie shoes, I'm looking at you!) while totally doable at the same time. Perfect for those days that call for something with a conservative fit, but you're feeling sassy and bold. For a more casual look (errands, mom-on-the-go, teacher), I'd switch to pink or black ballet flats, and a colorful scarf in place of the necklace.
