Cobalt blue just won't quit. For several years this color has been a huge trend, especially in the fall and winter months. My necklace also came with blue feathers (I wore it with black feathers in this post) so I paired it with an old cobalt pencil skirt from my closet. This necklace is inspiring me to add even more cobalt to my closet - perhaps a pair of shoes? I did some window shopping; check out my under $100 finds below!
