So you've spotted a catalog outfit that you'd love to wear in real life, what's a girl to do? The way I see it you have two options: buy the outfit from the catalog, or re-create it using similar items in your closet. And while I've certainly bought the outfit from the catalog before (the items are guaranteed to look good together that way!), re-creating still takes the cake for me. It's cheaper (cough, free!), better for the environment and overall I love the feeling of getting creative and putting my own spin on it!
