Today's Everyday Fashion: A Little Spring Preview

"Plain white tops" are a staple in my closet, except... they never wind up being very plain! Often they have ruffles, but this top takes it to all new heights. I'll be wearing it with stripe midi skirts, pastel skirts and gingham shorts this spring/summer. For my first look (a little preview, if you will), I re-created a catalog photo, and paired it with khaki tones. Would not have been my first instinct, which is precisely why I love using catalog photos for all the ideas I wouldn't have thought of myself. Also, my skirt is old, but I'm loving the longer version below, may have to scoop it up!
